Terri Hornick

Terri Hornick is an experienced leader in total rewards and compensation with a strong background in HR strategy and benefits management. Currently serving as Director of Total Rewards at the American Chemical Society since 2019, Terri has previously held roles such as Director of Compensation at Johns Hopkins Health System and Vice President of Compensation and Benefits at BrightView Landscapes. Terri's expertise includes the design and implementation of compensation programs, management of executive compensation matters, and oversight of employee benefits initiatives for large, diverse workforces. An MBA graduate from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Mathematics from the University of Maryland, Terri also possesses extensive experience in financial analysis and performance management from tenure at Exelon and Lockheed Martin.
