Tori Santiago

Tori Santiago serves as the People Analytics Manager at the American Chemical Society and has previously held significant positions in people systems and analytics at NPR, where roles included Director of Total Rewards & People Systems and Senior Manager of People Systems & Analytics. Tori's experience also encompasses leadership in HRIS at URBN and various roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals, focusing on HR data governance and analytics.
