Leigh Robinson Warfield, SPHR, has extensive experience in the field of human resources and training. Leigh began their career as a Training Manager at FedCenter in 2000 and then joined the American Diabetes Association as a Director of Training & Development. Leigh held this position for eight years before joining the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation as the Director of T&D. In 2010, Leigh became the Senior Director of Human Resources at the American Chemistry Council. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing training programs and strategies to support organizational growth and employee development.
Leigh Robinson Warfield, SPHR, holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Administration from Trinity Washington University, which was completed from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Relations from Howard University, which was obtained from 1986 to 1991. In addition, they have obtained certification in Hogan Assessment Systems from Hogan in 2007, Senior Professional Human Resources from SHRM/HRCI in 2001, Myers Briggs Type Indicator from Otto Kroger and Associates in 2001, and Interaction Management from Development Dimensions International in 1996.
