Kevin Pendergast

Kevin Pendergast, MBA, serves as the Senior Vice President of Property Claims and Special Investigations Unit at American Claims Management since August 2023. Previously, Kevin held the position of Vice President of Liability Claims at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., overseeing a nationwide claims organization with a focus on expense and claims reduction. Kevin has extensive experience in the insurance industry, having served as AVP Claims at The Hanover Insurance Group, managing operations across 13 states, and as Senior Claims Manager at OneBeacon Insurance, where leadership extended to multi-state regional operations. Kevin holds an MBA in Management from Hofstra University and a BA in Economics/Math from the State University of New York Cortland.
