Earlier roles included a position as a Web Marketing Specialist, where Paul developed projects for the SAP Cloud Applications Studio and created an Event Registration System using various web technologies. Paul began their career as a QA Consultant at RCG Global Services, focusing on user acceptance testing and test matrix development. Paul holds an Associate's degree in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from ITT Technical Institute, completed between 2005 and 2007.
