Amando Boncales, ABF, BA, MSEd, GCDE, MA, GCMS, RBP, PhDc, is a highly accomplished educational professional with extensive experience in curriculum design and instructional technology. Currently serving as Faculty & Curriculum Designer at Althash University and LMS and Online Services Specialist at the American College of Chest Physicians, Amando develops innovative online education technologies. Other roles include Instructional Technologist at Morton College and Vice President for Academic and Online Learning at St. Paul's Institute of Technology in the Philippines.
