Debra Janiszewski

Debra Janiszewski has extensive experience in health-related program management and research development. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer at the American College of Chest Physicians since June 2015, Debra previously held roles such as Director of Grants and Awards. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Program Operations for the Chicago Department of Public Health from October 2013 to June 2015, where the focus was on STI/HIV programs. Debra's career also includes positions in various organizations, including the American Association of Diabetes Educators, Chicago Department of Family and Support Services, and Chicago Department of Human Services, among others, where responsibilities ranged from managing research and education grants to directing planning, research, and community relations efforts.
