Sharon Einav is an experienced medical professional specializing in intensive care and resuscitation, currently serving as an Editor at Cochrane since March 2021. Since 2015, Sharon has held the position of President at the Israel Society of Resuscitation and is a member of several influential committees, including the Data Use Committee of the American Society of Anesthesiologists® and the Steering Committee of the Disaster Response Network at the American College of Chest Physicians. Sharon has a long tenure at Shaare Zedek Medical Center, where responsibilities include Chair of the Resuscitation Committee, Director of Surgical Intensive Care, and Staff ICU physician. Previously, Sharon has contributed as an editor for the journal Intensive Care Medicine and held various leadership roles within the European Society of Intensive Care Medicine.
