Lillian Renner is an experienced professional in the field of technology services and user experience design, currently serving as the Technology Services Product Manager at the American College of Emergency Physicians since July 2016, after holding positions as Member Experience Manager for the website and UX/UI Engineer. Prior experience includes tenure as Lead User Experience UX/UI Designer at Verizon from July 2012 to June 2016, and as Web Designer for the City of Plano from June 2006 to June 2012, along with a role as Graphic Designer for the City of Edmond from June 2004 to June 2006. Lillian Renner holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication from the University of Oklahoma, a Master of Business Administration in Management from Amberton University, and participated in a study abroad program in Design and Visual Communications at Renmin University of China.
