Danielle Werner, MHA, FACHE, is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and management within academic medical centers. Currently serving as a Regent for the American College of Healthcare Executives and as a member of the Healthcare Summit at Jackson Hole, Danielle has held the position of Chief Operating Officer for the Clinical Practices of the University of Pennsylvania since 2016, fostering innovation and driving performance. Prior roles include Administrative Director of Surgery at Mount Sinai Beth Israel, Department Administrator at Weill Cornell Medical College, and Columbia University Medical Center, where oversight of clinical operations and financial stewardship were key responsibilities. Danielle also co-owns Werner Properties, LLC, specializing in real estate management, and holds a Master of Healthcare Administration from Ohio University and a Bachelor's degree in public administration with a focus on healthcare from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
