Lance Pyle

Lance Pyle has extensive experience in public service and education, currently serving as a Substitute Teacher at Clovis Municipal School District since February 2022, contributing to the resolution of teacher and substitute shortages. Additionally, Lance Pyle has held significant roles in local government, including County Manager and Assistant County Manager for Curry County since January 2005, as well as serving as Mayor and City Council Member for the Village of Melrose from July 2004 to March 2010. Furthermore, Lance Pyle has been a Regent at Eastern New Mexico University since March 2019. Academically, Lance Pyle earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Eastern New Mexico University and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Clovis Community College. Education was initiated at Melrose High School, where graduation occurred in 1999.
