Mamata Majmundar

Mamata Majmundar, MD, CPE, serves as a Board Member for the American Association for Physician Leadership® since March 2024 and is the Chief Executive Officer of Majmundar LLC, providing advisory services across the healthcare industry. Previously, Mamata held the position of Chief Medical Officer at Evry Health, contributing to the launch of a digital health insurance startup before its acquisition. Additional experience includes roles as Medical Director at Aetna, Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Kentucky, and Associate Medical Director at Bluegrass Community Health Center, all while actively practicing family medicine. Mamata's extensive background spans leadership in both clinical and administrative capacities, mentoring medical students, and collaborating with healthcare organizations to enhance service delivery. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Louisville School of Medicine and a Certified Physician Executive designation in Medical Management.
