Diane Scott-Lichter is an experienced publishing executive with extensive expertise in the medical and scholarly publishing fields. Currently serving as Chief Publishing Officer and Senior Vice President at the American College of Physicians since February 2013, Diane has held progressive titles including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Publishing. Additional leadership roles include membership on the Canadian Medical Association Journal Governance Council and serving as Chair of the Executive Council of the Association of American Publishers, Professional & Scholarly Publishing Division. Prior experience includes publishing positions at the American Association for Cancer Research and Blackwell Publishing. Diane holds a Master’s degree from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Maryland.
