Dale A. Richardson

Dale A. Richardson has extensive experience in the finance and agricultural sectors, currently serving on the Board of Directors for both Northern Illinois Food Bank and American Community Bank & Trust since January 2019. Prior leadership roles include Managing Director of Capital Markets at Compeer Financial from 2017 to 2019, where responsibility encompassed overseeing a ten-person team managing over $9 billion in commitments. Additionally, Dale held the position of Vice President-Capital Markets at 1st Farm Credit Services from 2000 to 2017 and was Regional Vice President at FCS of Northern Illinois between 1986 and 2000. Early career stages included positions at Northeast Illinois PCA as Vice President and Loan Officer/Branch Manager. Dale A. Richardson earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
