Christopher Jackson's work experience includes roles at multiple organizations. Christopher started their career in 1997 with Experience International, where they worked in international training. Christopher then worked for the City of Phoenix for eight years as a Recreation Coordinator, overseeing youth programming and managing Camp Colley. From 2007 to 2012, they were the Recreation Manager for Oregon State University, responsible for overseeing the recreation program for the College Forests. Since 2012, they have been with the Student Conservation Association (SCA), where they held various positions such as Partnership Development Director, Regional Vice President for the Eastern Region, and Vice President of Partnership. In their current role at the American Conservation Experience, they are serving as the Chief of External Affairs and Partnership.
Christopher Jackson attended Writtle University College from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Rural Resource Management with a focus on Recreation. Following this, from 2000 to 2001, they pursued further education at Arizona State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Natural Resource Recreation and Tourism.
