Joe Charlton

Chief Operating Officer at American Constructors

Joe Charlton has a strong background in construction and project management. From 2000, they worked at American Constructors, starting as a Project Manager and then progressing to Project Director. In January 2018, they became the Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this, Joe served in the US Navy, where they held various leadership roles, including Assistant Resident Officer in Charge of Construction at US Navy - NAS Kingsville and Public Works Officer/Officer in Charge of Construction at US Navy - Marine Corps Logistics Base (MCLB) Barstow.

Joe Charlton completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering at Texas Tech University in 2000. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structures from the same institution, which they completed in 2007.
