Alyssa Lakes has over 15 years of experience in media and marketing strategy. Alyssa began their career at CBS Radio as an Account Executive, where they worked for two years. Alyssa then joined DCW Media as a Senior Sales Account Manager, where they pitched and managed clients in various industries and played a key role in building the internal media sales force. In 2011, Alyssa joined American Consumer Shows as the Director of Media & Marketing Strategy. In this role, they managed a significant media budget, led the marketing department, and successfully launched a Bridal division, expanding it to over 100 shows. Currently, Alyssa also volunteers as part of the Gala Committee for The Breasties Inc., a non-profit organization.
Alyssa Lakes attended Herricks HS for an unspecified period of time. Later, from 1997 to 2001, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing & Communication at the State University of New York at Fredonia.
