Jeff Litwin

Jeff Litwin currently serves as the Vice President Finance at American Contracting and Environmental Services, overseeing accounting, HR, IT, and preconstruction functions. Prior to this role, Jeff worked as the Director Of Preconstruction and Lead Estimator within the same company, specializing in estimating and preconstruction management. In the past, Jeff also held positions as an Industrial Hygienist at PSI and as a Public Relations Specialist II at VDOT. Jeff holds a Master of Business Administration from Auburn University Harbert College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from the University of Pittsburgh.
