Alina Dirito

Alina DiRito is an accomplished educator and leader with extensive experience in mentorship and instructional coaching. Currently serving as Team Lead at American Corporate Partners since May 2023, Alina oversees a team of six, manages over 500 mentorships, and implements organizational goals and process improvements. Prior roles include Instructional Coach at BetterLesson, where Alina facilitated professional development for educators, and Mathematics Teacher at Stride, Inc. and Virginia Beach City Public Schools, where Alina led various curricula and supported students' mathematical growth. Alina holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction in Secondary Mathematics and two Bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Human Development and Family Studies, all from Virginia Tech.
