Naomi Baum

Naomi Baum is the Chief Operating Officer at ACEEE since 2012. Prior to that, Naomi served as the Executive Director for the Congressional Oversight Panel in the United States Senate from 1993 to 2011. Baum holds a degree in National Security Studies from Harvard Kennedy School and a degree in Political Science and French from Wellesley College.
