Richard Hart

Richard Hart is an experienced industry professional currently serving as the Industry Program Director at the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE), where efforts focus on enhancing energy efficiency and carbon reduction through targeted policies and technologies. Prior to ACEEE, Richard held various significant roles at Cascade Energy, Inc., including Program Manager and Senior SEM Coach, dedicated to developing strategic energy management programs for large industrial plants. Additional previous positions held include Managing Principal at Energy Performers, Practice Lead at EnerNOC, and Director of Corporate Development at International Asset Systems. Richard has a strong background in energy management, product development, and operational leadership across diverse sectors. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Cambridge.
