Anna Polovick Waggy

Anna Polovick Waggy is an experienced communications professional currently serving as Communications Manager at the American Council of Learned Societies (ACLS) since February 2021. In this role, Anna focuses on content development, storytelling, social media management, media outreach, and marketing communications, successfully highlighting the impact of ACLS initiatives. Prior to ACLS, Anna held various positions including Communications Specialist at New York City Tourism + Conventions, where responsibilities included managing international PR efforts, and roles at Choose Chicago, Black Grooves, and others, accumulating a diverse background in media relations, content creation, and public relations.
