Monica Dillingham Pemberton

Monica Dillingham Pemberton, AAiP, currently serves as Vice President and Chief Information Officer at the American Council on Education since June 2023. Prior to this, Monica held various leadership roles at NACUBO from July 2011 to May 2023, including Chief Technology Officer, Senior Director of Information Technology, and Director of Information Technology, focusing on aligning technology with organizational strategy. Additional experience includes serving as Fractional Chief Information Officer for Edifying Teachers, Senior Consultant at Aquilent, Project Manager at InfoZen, and Director of Systems Development at the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board. Monica's educational background includes a Master of Science in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, along with a Bachelor of Arts in African-American/Black Studies from the University of Maryland.
