Tony McEachern

Tony McEachern serves as the Associate Dean of the School of Arts and Social Sciences at Baltimore City Community College since August 2022, overseeing academic administration and education in the arts, humanities, social sciences, and applied human services. With extensive experience in higher education, Tony has held various roles including Academic Credit and Occupational Evaluator at the American Council on Education and Chair and Professor of Visual and Performing Arts at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. Additional leadership positions include Assistant Dean for Visual Arts, Performing Arts, and World Languages at Anne Arundel Community College, as well as multiple roles at Howard University including Co-Director of the Chairs Leadership Academy and Chairman of the Department of Art. Entrepreneurial efforts include founding Quantum720 (McEachern Enterprises, LLC) and serving on the Board of Trustees for the DC Ad Club Foundation. Tony holds a Ph.D. in Leadership in Mass Communication & Media Arts and multiple degrees from Howard University.
