Colleen Pickford

Colleen Pickford is responsible for leading ACORE’s membership department where she focuses on ensuring ACORE’s programs and services advance our mission while providing value to our members. She comes to ACORE as a seasoned leader with over a decade of experience growing and expanding membership programs in the manufacturing and technology sectors. Prior to joining ACORE, Colleen worked with corporate executives at the Manufacturers Alliance for Productivity & Innovation and spent over ten years working with the Information Technology Industry (ITI) Council. At ITI, she operationalized both the membership and events programs for the organization, resulting in new offerings and expanded revenue. In addition to her experience in membership, Colleen started her career as a sustainability policy advocate with ITI and on Capitol Hill. Colleen has degrees from Penn State and Virginia Tech and is an active volunteer with Arlington Public Schools as an appointee of the School Board’s Advisory Council on Facilities and Capital Improvement Projects.
