Hao Zhang

Hao Zhang is a Process Improvement Engineer at American Credit Acceptance since July 2023. Previously, Hao served as a Research Assistant at EitM Lab from August 2022 to May 2023, where research focused on the experiences of underrepresented students in makerspaces. As a Library Assistant at the UNC School of Government from June 2022 to August 2022, responsibilities included overseeing the library website and supporting basic library functions. Hao also worked as a Technology Analyst at iFLYTEK Co., Ltd. in August 2020, contributing to documentation organization and database creation. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Information Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and prior studies in Psychology and Computer Science at Boston University.
