Renato de Rosa

Renato De Rosa is a professional with extensive experience in process improvement and a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently serving as a DE&I Ambassador at Synthomer since April 2022, Renato promotes the principles of DE&I at the Middelburg site. Previous roles include Process Improvement Engineer at Synthomer, where Renato supported daily operations and strategized for long-term process enhancements, as well as internship trainee positions focused on CO2 reduction projects. Renato's educational background includes an Engineer's degree in Chemical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology and multiple degrees in the field from Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma and Technical University of Munich. Additionally, Renato has experience as an EngD Ambassador and served as Head of Students for the Chemical Engineering Department at Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma.
