Previously, Kaycie held the position of Content & Communications Manager at a Nonprofit Business Consulting Company from April 2018 to August 2022, where responsibilities included developing a communications plan and directing video production for various stakeholders. Additional experience includes serving as Administrative Manager for Plan Cuatro Ciénegas 2040, where Kaycie coordinated and taught English classes, and as Mission Coordinator at Qualfon, where programs were organized to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
