Matt Olson

Matt Olson has a wide range of work experience in various finance roles. Matt started their career at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Client Finance Manager, where they led a merger and relocation project, as well as developed an automated reporting tool. Matt then joined American Express, where they held several positions, including VP of Global Treasury and Director of Legal Entity Governance. In these roles, they were involved in risk management, model governance, and regulatory compliance. Most recently, they worked at American Credit Acceptance as the Sr. Director of Financial Systems and Risk, where they managed the implementation of a financial systems project and oversaw various finance teams. Additionally, they have served on the boards of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Utah and Friends of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Utah, where they held leadership positions.

Matt Olson has an education history that includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Management from Brigham Young University. Matt also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics from the same university. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including COSO Internal Control Certified from AICPA in March 2023 and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in March 2020.
