Jr. Fitz Campbell

Jr. Fitz Campbell is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Corporate Executive Sous Chef at American Cruise Lines since April 2023, Campbell has previously held positions such as Executive Chef and Business Owner at Creative Cooking LLC, Culinary Director at Bronze Kingdom, and Executive Chef at Meliá Hotels International. Additional roles include Executive Sous Chef at Planet Hollywood International, Purchasing Manager and Sous Chef at AVI Foodsystems, and Senior Sous Chef at Gate Gourmet.
