Ryan McFarland

Ryan McFarland has a diverse background in IT support, currently serving in the role of IT Support at American Cruise Lines since February 2020. Prior experience includes positions at Vertikal6, where Ryan advanced from Support Center Technician to Service Desk Team Lead and finally to Service Desk Manager from February 2016 to January 2020. Ryan holds an Associate's degree in Network Engineering from the New England Institute of Technology, obtained between 2014 and 2016.
