Kellie Bove, IOM, CAE has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in the year 2000, Kellie began their career as an Associate Marketing Manager at RCN Corporation. Moving forward, they worked as an English Teacher at Fairfax County Public Schools from 2002 to 2007. In 2007, Kellie transitioned to a Marketing Manager role at the National Business Aviation Association, where they stayed until 2010. From 2010 to 2012, Kellie served as the Manager of the Marketing & Communications Department at the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA). In 2012, they joined the American Dental Education Association (ADEA) as their Director of Marketing and Communications. Over the years, Kellie progressed within the ADEA and held roles such as Senior Director of Marketing and Branding, Interim Chief Communications and Marketing Officer, and currently, Vice President of Marketing and Branding.

Kellie Bove, IOM, CAE, obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Psychology, and Secondary Education (6-12) from West Virginia Wesleyan College, which they attended from 1995 to 1999. In 2006 and 2007, they pursued Secondary Education and Teaching at Trinity Washington University. Alongside their formal education, Kellie also holds a number of certifications. Kellie earned the IOM (Institute of Organization Management) certification from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce in July 2015 and the CAE (Certified Association Executive) certification from ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership in June 2016. Additionally, they obtained the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021. In November 2022, Kellie further expanded their expertise with certifications in Cultural Competence in the Workplace V2 and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion in the Workplace V4 from Traliant.
