Shawn Dugan

Shawn Dugan has served as the President of Agency 65 since November 2009, focusing on relationship building and client services for the boomer and small business owner populations to help manage their financial goals in pre-retirement and retirement. Additionally, Dugan has been a board member for the American Diabetes Association in N.E. Florida since 2007. Previous experience includes the role of N.E. Florida Region Sales Manager at Humana MarketPOINT, overseeing an 11-county area, and working as a Registered Representative/Agent at Principal Financial Group. Dugan's educational background encompasses multiple professional development certifications in IRAs and leadership, along with bachelor's degrees in Food Service Management and Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University. Dugan is also a Society of Certified Senior Advisors (CSA).
