Daniel Horning

Daniel Horning began their career in 1998 as the CEO of American Digital Services, where they managed multi-server intranet and internet hosting systems, back end server software, and created and deployed customer e-commerce websites. In 2005, they became a Systems Administrator for Design & Disaster Recovery Consulting, where they maintained and deployed the ny.gov hosting and new website deployment. In 2006, they joined Amici LLC as a Jr. Document Processing Analyst, where they processed and evaluated incoming media for consistency and accuracy, worked with the development team to resolve advanced media location issues, and documented work within detailed Excel and Access systems. In 2017, they joined the NYS Office of Information Technology Services as an Information Technology Specialist 3 (Programming) and Information Technology Specialist 2 (Programming).

Daniel Horning attended Eastern Gateway Community College from 2019 to 2021 and obtained an Associate's degree in Business/Cyber Security.
