David Young is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the food service industry. Currently serving as Corporate Executive Chef for Higher Education at American Dining Creations since July 2023, David has held various leadership roles within the company since 2014, including Corporate Executive Chef - East and Executive Chef for Education Dining Services. Prior to that, David showcased culinary expertise as Executive Chef at Number5, where a new menu featuring signature dishes was developed, and as Chef at the renowned David Burke Prime, handling opening responsibilities and management of purchasing and dry aging. David’s career also includes time as Restaurant Chef at Twin River Casino, focusing on menu development and staff management for a large-scale gourmet buffet.
