Deborah Samuel

Deborah Samuel is a highly accomplished Realtor® and Senior Real Estate Specialist® at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices since January 2021, leveraging a successful track record in real estate alongside extensive experience in education and entrepreneurship. Prior to entering real estate, Deborah served as a Physical Education Recreation Specialist at Rogers Public Schools, where programming focused on physical fitness and adventure-based learning for high school and middle school students. Deborah co-owns SB SOS LLC, a company that assists families in transition with downsizing and estate services, established in response to community needs. A former educator and entrepreneur, Deborah founded a successful custom home construction company and a senior downsizing service in Santa Barbara. Deborah holds a Master's degree in Kinesiology/Science from the University of Arkansas and is a National Board Certified Teacher in Physical Education.
