Lisa Rood is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in branch administration and regional management. Currently serving as the Assistant Vice President and Director of Branch Administration at American Eagle Financial Credit Union since August 2020, Lisa has previously held senior leadership roles at United Bank, including Senior Vice President, Branch Channel Director, and Vice President, wherein Lisa was responsible for sales, service, and operational functions across a branch network with approximately 320 employees. Lisa's career began at Woronoco Savings Bank, where multiple roles culminated in branch management and innovative efforts in retail banking. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Business/Paralegal from Bay Path University and a Banking Diploma from Babson College, alongside an Associate degree in Consumer Merchandising/Retailing Management from Bay Path College.
