Brian Healy has extensive experience in human resources and total rewards, currently serving as Vice President of Total Rewards at American Electric Power since July 2004, with prior roles including Managing Director and Director of Shared Services. Earlier in their career, Brian Healy held the position of Director of Human Resources at Tranzact Systems from 1993 to 1995. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from John Carroll University, along with participation in the HR Executive Program at the University of Michigan.
