Danielle Apanius

Danielle Apanius serves as the Vice President of Total Rewards at UC Health, a major Academic Health System in Cincinnati, since March 2015. With extensive experience in healthcare finance and human resources, Danielle has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President of Finance Operations, where oversight of a team of over 200 FTEs included finance directors and operations in various departments. Previous positions included acting as Chief Human Resources Officer and Chief Financial Officer, contributing strategically to the organization's financial success and operational excellence. Danielle's professional history also features a role as Corporate Director of Reimbursement at Bon Secours Mercy Health and a consultant at Emrhein & Associates. Educational credentials include an MBA from Miami University and a Bachelor of Science in Natural Sciences from Xavier University. Danielle has actively engaged with the HFMA, serving in several leadership positions, including Regional Executive.
