Gavin Waites

Gavin Waites is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the energy and real estate sectors. At American Electric Power since September 2006, Gavin serves as a Transmission Project Management Outage Planner, coordinating outage planning for transmission projects and determining feasibility for outage plans in collaboration with various departments. Previously, in the role of Transmission Operator Sr., Gavin assisted in the efficient operation of the transmission system. Gavin also holds a position as a licensed Ohio Real Estate Agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices since February 2006.
