Jim Favors

Jim Favors is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in supply chain, procurement, and operational management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Solutions at American Electric Power, Jim has previously held key roles including Retail Business Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services and Vice President of Merchandise Operations at JCPenney for three decades. Significant contributions at JCPenney included leadership in IT capital spending initiatives, operational management of the Bangalore office, the development of multichannel planning tools, and the restructuring of the eCommerce inventory and planning teams. Jim began their career in project management at Degrace and Salamone and holds a degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
