Josh Caithaml

Josh Caithaml is an experienced professional in nuclear plant management, currently serving as Outage Manager at DC Cook Nuclear Plant since October 2018, overseeing two major refueling projects valued at over $40 million every two years. Josh's background includes roles in outage management and scheduling at American Electric Power, where Josh worked at the Cook Nuclear Plant since January 2015, and a previous position as Senior Reactor Operator at SCE&G, contributing to the VC Summer nuclear project. Josh's career began in the U.S. Navy as Nuclear Electrician Chief Petty Officer, managing critical operations aboard a nuclear submarine, and includes expertise in software testing for building automation systems at Automated Logic Corporation. Educational qualifications consist of a Master’s degree in Finance from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University, along with specialized training at Naval Nuclear Power School.
