Justin Owen

Justin Owen is a Wireless Engineer at American Electric Power since September 2017, specializing in RF propagation modeling, microwave path modeling, site selection, and tower design, alongside permitting processes and contractor management. In addition to engineering, Owen serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Tulsa Community College, teaching courses in electricity and facilitating the NASA STEM Challenge, and also holds experience as a Laboratory Assistant. Prior roles include data analytics and performance monitoring at Helmerich & Payne, system administration at Lifeguard America, security at Cerner, quality assurance at Diodes Inc., and inventory control at Bass Pro Shops Tracker Marine. Owen is pursuing a Master's degree in Analytics at Georgia Institute of Technology, building on a solid educational foundation that includes degrees in Electrical Engineering Technology, Nanotechnology, and Biomedical Equipment Technology from Tulsa Community College and Oklahoma State University.
