Katie Grayem

Katie Grayem serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at American Electric Power since January 2021. Prior to this role, Katie held the position of Director of Customer Experience at AEP Ohio from February 2017 to January 2021. Katie's career at American Electric Power began in June 2000, where roles included Business HR Manager, Corporate Talent Acquisition, and Benefits Design Consultant Sr. Previously, Katie was a National Account Manager at Aetna from 1993 to 2000. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Organizational Development from Miami University and participation in the AEP Executive Leadership Program and the Strategic Leadership Executive Education Program at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
