Amy Gadsby

Amy Gadsby is an accomplished Senior Director of Human Resources for EMEA at Korn Ferry since June 2015, following a progression to Director in the same department. Prior to Korn Ferry, Amy served as Head of Human Resources at the London School of Business & Finance from October 2011 to May 2015, and as Senior Employee Relations Advisor at Boots in 2011. Experience also includes working as an Advocacy - ET3 Case Coordinator at Bibby Consulting and Support and as a Racial Equality Officer and Legal Caseworker at the East Staffordshire Racial Equality Council. Amy holds a P.dip in Legal Practice from The College of Law and an LLB in Law with American Legal Studies from Birmingham City University.
