Kristin Schmitt

Kristin Schmitt is currently serving as the People Operations & Talent Acquisition specialist for both Asplundh Engineering Services and Asplundh Electrical Testing since May 2023. With a focus on engineering and testing services, Kristin supports organizations in the power industry. Previous experience includes a role as Talent Acquisition Advisor at Dell Technologies, where responsibilities included re-launching a centralized Strategic Sourcing team, and director-level operations at Advantage xPO, overseeing Managed Services programs. Kristin’s career began at TAC Worldwide, where foundational roles in business analysis and staffing set the stage for progressive advancement. Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Communications with a minor in Psychology from Framingham State University.
