Julia Rozovsky

Julia Rozovsky is a seasoned professional in people operations and analytics, currently serving as the Head of People Operations, Analytics and Talent Acquisition at Verily since January 2022. Prior to this role, Julia held various positions at Google from August 2012 to January 2022, including Director of People Operations and People Partner for Google Finance, where expertise in data-driven organizational strategy, diversity, equity and inclusion, and talent development was demonstrated. Julia also managed people analytics initiatives that informed critical decisions on team dynamics and effectiveness. Earlier career experiences include roles at Harvard Business School as an Organizational Development & Strategy Researcher and at Kantar Millward Brown as a Strategy Consultant. Educational credentials include an MBA in Strategy and Organizational Behavior from Yale School of Management and a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Tufts University.
