Gracie Lane

Gracie Lane has a diverse work experience in various industries. Gracie started their career as a Personal Assistant, working as a freelancer for busy individuals and small business owners from 2013 to 2019. Their responsibilities included administration, project management, and household management. Gracie then joined Good Food LLC as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and later became the General Manager. From 2018, they worked as the Chief of Staff at American Elements, providing support to the CEO and handling philanthropic activities. In 2020, Gracie founded their own company called The Middle, which is a marketplace connecting busy individuals with part-time assistants. Gracie currently serves as the Founder and CEO of The Middle.

Gracie Lane has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre/Theater from UCLA, which they obtained from 2006 to 2010. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from USC Marshall School of Business, between 2019 and 2021.
