Richard O'Grady, PhD, CAE, has a strong career background in scientific publishing and association management. Richard is currently serving as the Chief Publications Officer at the Endocrine Society, where they oversee a global program of research and clinical peer-reviewed publications. Richard O'Grady, PhD, CAE, has an extensive education history in biology. Richard earned their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biology from The University of British Columbia in 1978. Richard then pursued their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Biology from McGill University, which they completed in 1981.

Continuing their academic journey, O'Grady went on to obtain their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Biology from The University of British Columbia in 1987. Richard'sresearch and expertise in the field of biology are evident from their educational background.

Furthermore, O'Grady has additional certification as a Certified Association Executive (CAE), obtained from ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership in June 2015. This certification demonstrates their proficiency in association leadership and management.
