Mary Elise Cox has over 18 years of experience in international development and program coordination within the energy sector. Currently serving as the International Development Director at the Association of Energy Engineers since October 2005, Mary focuses on capacity building projects and fostering global partnerships related to energy certification and training programs. Previously, Mary held the position of International Program Director, where responsibilities included coordinating AEE certification initiatives with government agencies and the private sector worldwide. Earlier in their career, Mary served as an Assistant Property Manager at American Campus Communities from August 2004 to September 2005. Mary earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Economics from The University of Georgia in 2004.
